Adventure Montenegro Family Holiday - 8 days

It was a well organised trip by this local family adventure travel company and communication was very good. Our guides Rino and Biljana were lovely, wonderful fun, friendly, kind and able to be flexible. It was a pleasure to spend time with them and a great way to learn about Montenegro and its history and sample local dishes. We stayed in a comfortable apartment in the old town of Kotor and a nice small hotel in Zabljak. The restaurant used for evening meals in Kotor - Cesarica was fantastic.

Fun and Excellent in every way!

We booked a four day guided rafting and hiking tour, as a group of four guys. Rino (the owner) and Jovana were waiting for us at the airport in Kotor and we jumped straight into a very comfy and clean van for the 2.5 hour drive to the mountains. Right away it was clear we were in great hands! Both Rino and Jovanna were genuinely friendly, fun, very chatty and articulate, and highly knowledgeable about the country, culture, history, and the various places we visited. Rino is an incredibly skilled and safe driver, by the way. They were also really flexible... making tweaks to our itinerary based on our wishes, such as making unplanned stops for meals , finding some local live music venues, and so on. A really nice quality was that they provided a perfect balance of accompanying us for some things e.g. some dinners, and leaving us to our own tricks when we were happy to do our own thing.

Super fun tour!

I booked this kayaking tour with a relative and we had a really amazing experience! We got really lucky perhaps because today is a national holiday and nobody was around-- it was just us two and Vedran as our guide, so we unexpectedly had a private tour basically. Vedran is a wonderful guide, super knowledgeable about the local history since he grew up here and has been doing these kayak tours for years. The weather was perfect, kayaks and life jackets were in great condition. I highly recommend booking this tour and I will definitely be back next year! :)

Bay of Kotor speedboat tour

Our private speedboat tour of Bay of Kotor with Captain Rino and guide Biljana was perfect! They were truly dedicated to making sure we had the best time possible and were flexible with what we wanted to do. We visited incredible places, such as Lady of the Rocks, old town of Perast, Porto Montenegro and Porto Novi marinas. We had enough time to enjoy swimming in pristine waters of Adriatic Sea. Our tour ended in old town Kotor, were we had delicious wine and diner at restaurant Cesarica.
